Project Summary
Mechanical systems power up Lucid’s next phase of growth.
For this new electric car manufacturing plant, Harder delivered a full scope of wet and dry mechanical systems, showcasing expertise in sheet metal ductwork, piping, and equipment installation. The team fabricated and installed 145,000 linear feet of piping—including siphonic storm drains, natural gas, compressed air, domestic water, and sanitary systems. Harder's prefabrication efforts included 50 plumbing water closet skids and 10 recirculating pump racks. The team also installed and commissioned 108 exhaust fans and 78 rooftop units.
As a critical design partner, the team provided BIM-driven design assistance for the complete compressed air system, including compressors, dryers, and custom rooftop intake housing—ensuring precision and performance from concept to completion.
