Arizona Healthcare Facility
The Cobalt Rehabilitation Hospital provides a wide range of rehabilitation services for patients who have suffered from stroke, trauma, hip fracture, and brain injuries. The upscale, 40-bed hospital also features many hotel-like amenities.
Harder provided the installation of all plumbing, waste and vent, medical air, oxygen, vacuum piping, fixtures, and equipment for the new two-story, 55,000 SF facility. Additional scope included modularization of restroom waste and vent systems as well as prefabrication assemblies for mechanical chases and racks.
Harder prefabricated the modules in our Phoenix, AZ fabrication facility and delivered them to site for installation.
