Project Summary
Tight Spaces, Tight Schedule, Great Success
Harder Mechanical fabricated and installed all clean-in-place (CIP) process piping and steam lines, set and hooked up all tanks and equipment including two 3,170-gallon distillation tanks, and installed all bottling line and conveying equipment. All mechanical work was designed around owner-provided equipment.
This project was a challenge due to the tight work area setting the equipment, with some of the tanks standing at 30 feet tall. Our team hit all schedule dates and provided many custom parts to convert from metric tube systems to a standard sanitary tube system.
