Celebrating 90 years of excellence and innovation, Harder Mechanical Contractors traces its roots back to 1934 when James Michel Harder embarked on a journey to fulfill the American Dream amidst the Great Depression, founding J.M. Harder Plumbing. Over the decades, five generations of the Harder family have transformed this local startup into a national powerhouse. From plumbing homes post-World War II to pioneering hydroelectric power and expanding into technology and refinery markets, Harder has constantly evolved, driven by ambition and ingenuity.
